Town Council Meetings

Town Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month and take place in the Town Hall.  The meetings are open to the public and the public has the opportunity to raise any items in the open forum which takes place between 7 pm and 7.15 pm.  Please note members of the public will be allowed to make statements, ask questions or provide evidence on items on the Agenda but this will be limited to 3 minutes per person.  In addition, Member of the public can submit questions to the Council via e-mail contact@stokesleytowncouncil.gov.uk. Extraordinary meetings may be called if required and would be advertised through this website.

In addition, an Annual Town Council meeting takes place each year in April which allows Electors an opportunity to receive a report on what the Town Council has done throughout the previous year and to raise any questions. The next Annual Town Council Meeting will take place on Monday 25 April 2022 commencing at 7 pm in the Town Hall.

We also host Committee Meetings which the public are welcome to attend.  Our Committee's are, Employment, Finance, Health & Safety, Open Spaces & Allotments, Communications & Events and Town Hall and Parking.  Agendas and Minutes for each are available on this site or by contacting the Town Clerk.

Town Council Surgeries

Stokesley Town Council Surgeries will return on Saturday 9 July 2022 and will take place the on the second Saturday of each month (excluding November) between 11 am and 12 noon in the Town Hall.  If you are unable to attend you can raise any questions or issues with Stokesley Town Council in writing.  Please send them to the Town Clerk via e-mail contact@stokesleytowncouncil.gov.uk of by posting to 'Freepost STOKESLEY TOWN COUNCIL'.
